Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

US standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Items held in our US warehouse typically arrive within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order has dispatched.

Is shipping complimentary?

Yes. Standard shipping is complimentary on all US orders, with no minimum order requirement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to over 40 countries. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How is my order packaged?

Every fixture is shipped in a specialist protective carton with custom foam inserts and individual wrapping for glass and crystal components. We inspect every package before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photographs within 48 hours and we will resolve it immediately.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes — your tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order dispatches. You can also track via your account, or by contacting us with your order number.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. To begin a return, email support@vennarhome.com with your order number. We will provide instructions within one business day.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Every Vennar Home fixture carries a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects, electrical faults arising under normal use, and structural failures not caused by misuse or incorrect installation.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email support@vennarhome.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We assess and respond within 2 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover all associated costs. No exceptions.


Installation

Are chandeliers and pendant lights straightforward to install?

Most hardwired ceiling fixtures connect to a standard junction box and require basic electrical knowledge. We include all necessary mounting hardware. For fixtures above 5 kg, or where ceilings exceed 10 ft, we recommend engaging a licensed electrician.

What hanging height should I use?

For dining tables: hang the bottom of the shade 30–36 inches above the tabletop. For living rooms: maintain a minimum of 7 ft from the floor to the bottom of the fixture. For hallways and entryways: 7 ft minimum clearance. See individual product pages for fixture-specific guidance.

Do your products include installation hardware?

Yes — all ceiling fixtures include the necessary mounting hardware and a hanging rod. Specific installation notes are included on each product page.


Products & Compatibility

Are your fixtures LED-compatible?

Yes — all fixtures are designed for LED use. Where bulbs are not included, we recommend warm white LED bulbs (2700K–3000K) for the most flattering residential effect.

Are bulbs included?

This varies by product and is clearly stated in each listing. The recommended bulb type and base size is always noted in the product specifications.

Can I use a dimmer with my fixture?

Many of our fixtures are dimmer-compatible when paired with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible leading- or trailing-edge dimmer switch. Dimmer compatibility is confirmed in the product specifications where it applies.

What voltage do your fixtures support?

Most fixtures in our collection support 100–240V / 50–60Hz, making them compatible with US and international electrical standards. Always verify with the individual product specification before purchase.

How do I care for my fixture?

Metal and glass surfaces: wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Crystal components: dry microfibre cloth only. Fabric shades: soft dry brush or low-suction vacuum attachment. Natural materials such as rattan and wood: dry cloth, kept away from direct moisture. Never use abrasive materials, liquid cleaners on metallic finishes, or harsh chemicals of any kind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed over an encrypted secure connection.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet dispatched, contact us immediately at support@vennarhome.com and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our 30-day returns policy.

Do you offer a trade or designer programme?

Yes. Our Trade Program is open to interior designers, architects, and design professionals. Trade pricing, specification support, and a dedicated account contact.
