We stand behind every piece in our collection — completely.


30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. We ask only that items are returned in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@vennarhome.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number on a note inside the parcel.
  3. Ship the item using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days — to your original payment method, in full.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Bespoke, custom, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return
  • Partial refunds may apply where items are returned damaged or with missing components

12-Month Warranty

Every fixture sold by Vennar Home carries a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. We back this warranty without hesitation.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Electrical faults arising under normal residential use
  • Structural failures not caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or physical damage

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from incorrect installation or use beyond the rated voltage or wattage
  • Physical impact, accidental damage, or deliberate misuse
  • Normal cosmetic ageing of materials — patina on metal, minor light variations in natural stone
  • Weathering on interior-rated fixtures used in outdoor or high-humidity environments

Making a Claim

Email support@vennarhome.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs of the defect

We will assess your claim and respond within 2 business days with a resolution — replacement, repair credit, or full refund as appropriate.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and dispatch a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
