How We Protect Your Order
We take the protection of every fixture we ship seriously. Lighting is fragile by nature — glass, crystal, and ceramic components require more than a standard shipping box. Our packaging process reflects this.
- Double-walled specialist cartons — rated for the weight and fragility of each specific fixture
- Custom foam insert systems — pre-cut to hold each component without movement
- Individual component wrapping — every glass, crystal, and ceramic element is wrapped separately before boxing
- Pre-dispatch inspection — every package is checked before leaving our fulfilment centre
- Photographic documentation — fragile orders are photographed pre-dispatch
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
In the unlikely event that a fixture arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email us at support@vennarhome.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — with no requirement to return the damaged item in most cases.
